Charleston Symphony Orchestra League Scholarships 2009

INTRODUCTION :

In 2009, CSOL® will award $30,000 in scholarships to Charleston tri-county residents. These scholarships are offered to graduating seniors planning to major in music in college, members of the Youth Orchestra of the Lowcountry and Charleston Symphony Orchestra, and students planning a summer music study activity. All funds are paid directly to the program or instructor.

ELIGIBILITY :

Open to graduating seniors planning to major in music in college, students planning a summer music study activity.

HOW TO APPLY :

All student auditions are usually held at the beginning of March at the Recital Hall, Simons Center for the Arts, 54 St. Philip Street. All Audition space is provided as a courtesy by the College of Charleston, Department of Music.
