Introduction: Computer science forms the foundation of much of our society today. Whether you dream of working in healthcare, law, security, or something totally different, a computer science degree can help you get there. The Department of Computer Science at Purdue University offers a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and is pleased to sponsor four non-renewable scholarships of $250 each for FIRST participants. These scholarships are available to high school seniors who have actively participated on a FIRST robotics team and have been admitted to Purdue Computer Science on the West Lafayette campus.
Eligibility: Admitted to the Purdue University Department of Computer Science. (Apply through the main Purdue application site: http://www.purdue.edu/futureboilermaker.)1.Must be an entering computer science freshman in the fall 2009 semester. 2.Must have participated on a FIRST robotics team (either the Robotics Competition or Tech Challenge) in high school for an entire season. 3.Recipients of Purdue Trustee or Presidential scholarships are not eligible for this scholarship.

1. Name (First Middle Last) 2. Email address 3. Telephone number 4. Home address (street, city, state, zip, etc.) 5. Your FIRST team (include both team number and team name) 6. Number of years you have participated in FIRST robotics 7. In what FTC or FRC regional events have you participated? 8. Describe your role on your FIRST team. Give specific examples.
