Wayne State University College of Engineering - First Robotics Competition Presidential Scholarships

Introduction: Wayne State University has teamed up with the First Robotics Competition to honor 3 qualified students with a 4-year Presidential Scholarship. The Presidential Scholarship will enable these 3 recipients to pursue majors and careers in the field of engineering at Wayne State University. To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants will establish that they participated in the FIRST Detroit Regional Competition (held at WSU) and while doing so, that they received valuable knowledge, technical and life skills. This four-year scholarship will provide each recipient full tuition and immediate acceptance into the prestigious Wayne State University Honors Program.

Eligibility:  1.Provide proof of participation in the FIRST Detroit Regional Competition. 2.Have a high school GPA of 3.5 or above. 3.Provide a High School transcript and copy of a current resume. 4.Submit ACT (American College Test) scores to Wayne State University. 5.Meet all regular criteria for the Presidential Scholarship
