VSGC / NASA Undergraduate Research Scholarship Program

The VSGC Undergraduate Research Scholarship Program provides awards of up to $8,500 to rising juniors and seniors who are enrolled full-time in a program of study in science, technology, engineering, or math (STEM) and have a specific faculty-mentored research project that has NASA or aerospace relevance. This is a competivite scholarship program, funded by NASA and the Commonwealth of Virginia contributions.
ELIGIBILITY :
- Undergraduate students enrolled in a program of full-time study at one of the five Virginia Space Grant universities.
- Students must be U.S. citizens and either a junior or senior at time of the award (Fall 2009).
- Underrepresented minorities, females, and persons with disabilities in STEM-related careers are eligible

DEADLINE :
Applications must be recieved by 11:59 p.m. EST February 13, 2009
Letters of recommendation must be received by February 20, 2009
