Phi Beta Kappa: Mary Isabel Sibley Fellowship

INTRODUCTION:
Annual award to support women scholars conducting original research either in Greek language, literature, history, or archaeology, or in French language or literature, in alternate years. This year, the designation of the Fellowship is for Greek studies
Fields: Greek history, archaeology, literature, language, and related fields; French language, literature, and related fields.

ELIGIBILITY:
-Unmarried women 25 to 35 years of age who already hold the Ph.D. or who have completed all Ph.D. requirements except for the dissertation.
-Phi Beta Kappa membership is not required. Fellows are required to spend the full fellowship year, beginning September 1, engaged in research.
